Last time I mentioned my Amazon Payments account, it was locked and you could not directly speak with an account specialist. I followed up with Amazon and they unlocked my account. I was able to withdraw my money and it appears that I could send money, but all of the people I know that I could send money to all have their accounts suspended at this time. Therefore, I can’t confirm if I can send money or receive money. Once they unlocked my account, I had to re-verify all the information.
