In lieu of today’s post that was scheduled “Guide To Fee Free Prepaid Cards”, I am writing about the Saverocity Forum. If you want to find out which thread I am referring to below, leave a comment and I will email you the link.
There’s plenty of ideas that float around in my head that I am torn about posting. Oftentimes, I’m on the fence about writing something because of various things like the need for time to research to ensure scalability, the deal killing capabilities, idea should be blogged, and other reasons. Sometimes, a story may be too controversial. I’ve learned to not investigate certain areas because I feel the need to let someone know about a problem in their system. Not to mention, like Matt – I’m also facing a bit of an identity crisis.
With delaying about blogging certain ideas, some are popping up on the forum. Once I saw a thread that discussed an idea that I had scheduled to post, I had to take it down. I’m so glad that people are not afraid to post their ideas and have people like holes in the theory or thank each other for the great find.
On the Forum, the written policy is no blogging about any ideas outside of it unless distributed by the original content creator.
If I hadn’t browsed the Forum, I would have missed the thread and accidentally distribute content that was found in the forum first. Is it truly a problem? No, it’s definitely a good one to have! It means the collective power of the crowdsourcing that’s found that makes it a great community. I’m so glad to be part of it. It just means I have less time to mull over my thoughts and send to print some new ideas faster. I have to be cognizant that there maybe material on the Forum. Apologizes in advance if I miss a thread that’s in the forum.
