Cashing In On American Express Sync Lowe’s Or Staples

American Express has two great Sync offers, $10 off $50 purchase at Lowe’s and $20 off $100 purchase and for Lowe’s your best bet would be to buy gas gift cards at 20% off and sell at 90% of the face value to earn a 10% spread.

Over the weekend, I exchanged a few emails with a reader about the best way to save money on saving postage when selling to Cardpool. You can create a bunch of orders and have a free stamp where you can affix onto the flat rate box. You can read more about the trick on this post: Gift Card Churning – Save Even More on Postage

American Express

If you don’t use USPS, they recently added the option of an address that’s not a PO Box and it is:

Our Operations center is transitioning to a much larger, more advanced facility to continue to serve our customers to the best of our abilities, which will create a change in address where gift cards should be sent for processing.

Beginning March 31, 2014,

UPS and FedEx mail should be sent to:

Processing Center 2340 Powell St, #225 Emeryville, CA 94608

USPS mail should be sent to:

PO Box 8584 Emeryville, CA 94608

Mail delivered to the San Francisco location will continue to be processed until May 2014 while we transition to the new location. Any transactions sent to that location after that date will be delayed in processing.

Thanks again for your patience as we continue to grow and make Cardpool an even better business with your help!

Sincerely,
The Cardpool Team

If you have a lot of American Express cards and acquired a large denomination of gift cards, you should try emailing the bulk sales department at Cardpool or Gift Card Zen. GCZ has slightly higher rates for gas gift cards. Both may provide free shipping for the bulk sale.
