I’ve written a little bit about the Vcom ATM in the past with the help of some great readers leaving some comments!:
The other day, someone posted that OneVanillas now work on the Vcom ATM’s. Pier11 and I tested the ATM and it did not work, turns out it now works and I can confirm it. Also new, American Express bill payment costs $5.
On June 10, I did a bill payment for an AMEX and it was $2 then on June 13 it was $5.
And for those in NYC that use the VCom ATM this is the only one in the Tri-state area – please refrain from doing multiple transactions in one “sitting.” Also keep in mind, there’s a number of times when I’ve tried using the machine and it was out of order which is quite frustrating.
OV has worked for a while. Now I guess I have a better idea why the fee shot up – the masses plunged in from FT. Oh well, still profitable, just a little less so now.

Do cash withdrawals work on the atms or just bill pay? What if they are non-vcom atms but others in their network?
Just bill pay as far as I know. On the transaction it says “ATM Purchase” versus “ATM Withdrawal” which is a no no
