Just saw this on Slickdeals.net, sign up for a Discover card and you can get $200 cash back for signing up, need to spend $1500 within the first 3 months.
This puts me into a position that I now need to expedite my credit card sign ups to make it worth it, but my last credit card application was less than 30 days. Need to research how long this $200 offer is so I can prolong the hard credit pull when applying to all these cards.
The best bet for this offer would be to sign up for their current 5% offer (online purchases) and buy $1500 worth of gift cards. Office Depot or Lowes would be good since it is free shipping and you pay the cash value, unlike Staples where it was 2%.
In total, you’d receive the $200 for sign up, then $75 on the 5% quarterly bonus.
