Since receiving the American Express Serve card, I have loaded it 3 times and have received 2 different calls from Chase’s fraud department. They must not like how it is posting as “SERVE VIRTUAL ENT INC.” They asked me if the pending transaction at WholeFoods is real, pending transaction to Nationwide [I will write about this soon], and asked me about two transactions regarding Serve.
I said yes, all of the transactions are real and I approve. The friendly agent said ok, did you have any questions? I said yes, I’d like to know what transaction precipitated this call. He said the two Serve transactions were causing it, since I had loaded $100 then two $50 transactions they wanted to make sure everything was OK.
