OMG....so here's the thing about chickens. They're cute and all but as soon...and I do mean as soon...as you try to take their basal body temp it gets real. So, when an Amish kid asks you to hold his chicken while he checks a temp at the farmers market...don't do it. Especially if you dispensed a half can of Aqua Net into your hair and have a tube top on.
