I've got a trip coming up for two people returning to JFK from Bali using aeroplan miles on OZ in J and F via CGK (paid connection ex-DPS). I am starting to see CX J DPS-HKG-YVR-JFK and per EF, there's 4 seats open for sale in the F and A fare buckets. I haven't booked the DPS-CGK flight...

Ill be leaving for Bali for the week tomorrow and will be renting a scooter/motorcycle in Ubud for the entire stay. Any tips or advice on driving in Bali? Peoples blogs make it seem like a death sentence but I have found most of that information is exaggerated. Thanks!
