I recently received a brochure informing me that Wells Fargo has rebranded its rewards program as Go Far Rewards. There aren’t any huge changes, though I did notice that you can apparently pool rewards with just about anybody you want. The exact wording on the brochure:
Pool rewards with other Go Far Rewards customers to reach a family or community goal.
Hopefully somebody will figure out something interesting to do with that one. Aside from that, I don’t see much of interest in the rewards program itself, as you’re generally getting one cent per point.
There’s a decent offer attached to the brochure, though: if you click on this link you’ll see you can get 15% off your purchase of $100 or more at kohls.com, plus 6% back in rewards. The fine print says it’s not valid for gift cards or for jewelry and watches over $2,000, but other than that, knock yourselves out.
There are a few other offers available with that link as well, including one for 5% off an in-store purchase of up to $2,000 at Home Depot and 25% off at Columbia.com.

The 15% off is meh as you can generally get 20-30% off during sale periods (at least every two weeks). The 6% back in rewards is somewhat alluring, as I believe they are worth 1.50% (so 9% back) if you use towards airfare) or 1.75% (10.5%) if you have the Signature card and hit $50K in annual spend (which many do with the 5% card).

So the 15% off cannot be stacked with their 20-30% deals? I’m not terribly familiar with Kohl’s logistics.
