Looks like I've been asleep at the wheel again ...
Frontier appears to have been pulled as an MR transfer partner.
Likewise, the link they just sent out for partner earning is dead: http://www.flyfrontier.com/frequent-flyers/get-miles/earn-with-partners
I don't see the Early Returns shopping portal anymore, either.
So, ... to reset the clock on my Frontier miles, my options are:

- Transfers from Club Carlson, Hilton, Marriott/Ritz-Carlton, or my oh-so-valuable La Quinta points.
- e-Miles surveys
- Get their credit card.
- Actually (gasp) fly Frontier.
