United sucks, may suck forever

<rant>So I went to log into united.com. Turns out my account was locked. I had an email sent to unlock. Upon logging in, I was presented with security questions I couldn't answer because I had never set any answers for security questions. After the second go round, it turns out I would have to contact United online at

and initiate a process which would culminate in me sending in a copy of my ID, as if that would prove anything.

I chose to abandon the account, since I have no miles in it presently.

I don't mind the security. I mind never having the chance to set answers for their stupidiot security questions, and then being locked out of my account. In-frickin-competents!!!!!!
