SFO/SJC/OAK - PHX on any Saturday morning with Avios

I'm looking to book SFO/SJC/OAK to PHX on Saturday morning for any Saturday in the next couple of months. There are like 8 nonstop flights but there's no saver award availability. Who the heck is booking up these Saturday morning flights? Am I going crazy? lol

FYI you probably want SJC/OAK-PHX. At 651 miles, SFO-PHX is one mile too long and therefore an extra 3K Avios per person each way...

yeah, I live closer to SFO though, don't mind using the extra 3k if I have to, so it's an option.
Availability is a problem though. It's like they blacked out saturdays for saver awards.
