I'll work on transferring over my list for the rest of the year. I'm thinking we could share info on sale cycles. Many are more unpredictable than they used to be.

I also have lists for grocery sales if anyone is interested. Most items go on sale once a quarter and coupons are released around two weeks in advance of lowest prices (so saving them is better, most people use them right away which is the idea, get people to buy prior to sales).

Cookies and crackers: all types
Candy: All seasonal candy from October holidays goes on sale November 1. Candy is not on a quarterly cycle, instead it is linked to holidays that focus on candy (Halloween, Easter, Valentine's Day, mothers Day to a lesser degree, Christmas)
Baking items: chocolate chips, sprinkles, vanilla, corn syrup, nuts, evaporated milk, baking powder, baking soda, cornmeal, flour, white sugar, brown sugar, powdered sugar, Bisquick, cake/brownie/cookie mixes, canned frostings, peanut butter.
Holiday foods: gravy, gravy mixes, seasoning packets, broth, Stove Top Stuffing, cornbread mixes, canned dried onions, canned pumpkin (Great for so many things)
Turkeys: The best prices will be the week before Thanksgiving.

Anything with special Thanksgiving packaging will go on clearance starting on Black Friday or the day after. Much bigger selection after Christmas when I like to stock up on Gladware.
