Recommendations for Realtor in SW Florida?

My mom is looking to possibly buy a place in the Cape Coral area to spend the winter. We are headed down there (on our SW companion pass) in less than two weeks, and I am seeking someone with personal experience with a good realtor in SW Florida. I can call my most favored realtor in DC and get a referral, so I am not just looking for a referral. Bonus points for one with experience with foreclosures/real estate auctions. I'd appreciate any other SW FL area specific advice.
