Recicling used up PVC gift cards

I have a pile of plastic accumulated after a couple of years of activity and I know PVC will take a couple of thousand of years to decompose into still toxic micro particles that will be toxic and indigestible by any living being
I just found this article about recycling used gift cards in order to make PVC sheets to make new giftcards.

This company located in Cleveland can received by mail, for free, used gift cards. There is a form to send them to get into their contact list and they can instruct on how to deal or how to send the the plastic.

Yes, it is a goatee.
Signed up and sent an inquiry, the email confirmation link I got sent to just makes mention of their address for me to pay to ship used cards to. Doing some reading on their site leads me to think they have drop off boxes in places, but I don't see how to find them on the site. Any guidance? TIA.

Quoted from site:
EARTHWORKS SYSTEM™ plastic card collection includes arranging for the placement of receptacles suitable for receiving and retaining plastic cards at convenient locations; arranging for collection of the plastic cards from the receptacles; and arranging for the transport of the plastic cards from the point of collection to our facility for recycling. Earthworks can also alternatively work with you to create a plan that satisfies your recycling needs. The EARTHWORKS SYSTEM is an easy, zero-cost way for you to demonstrate your company's commitment to environmental responsibility

Just be careful that you don't send in cards that later receive a charge back- at the least you may want to make digital copies (front and back)
