Gift cards are once again earning 4x fuel points, at least locally in KY. Valid dates are the remainder of August through 2 Sept.

Is 4x Fuel Points working on $100 VGCs? Not showing as eligible here. The fixed-value Visas and MCs usually do get the bonus.
