Hyatt CC stay credits

This year I'm relying on the 5 stay credit for spending $40k on Hyatt CC to maintain Diamond status in 2016. Hit the $40k threshold on CC statment that closed a few days ago. Would appreciate any insight from those who have done this before as to how long it takes the stay credits to post in the GP account? I hit the 20k threshold in early Oct, but the 2 stay credits still haven't posted, so I'm getting concerned that the extra 3 credits won't post by end of year. Calls to both Chase and Hyatt have been useless. Insight or advice much appreciated.

Look at your stays from January and February of this year. For some bizarre reason the credit card stays post as stays from early in the year. That said, they should reflect in your total number of stays regardless of where they are hidden. I don't recall how long they took to post. See below, mine posted as Hycard Stay. All in January. I did that last year for 5 nights and I never looked where they were until today after reading this. All I did was watch for the number of nights to go up on Award Wallet and the Hyatt site. Sure enough, it credited me 2 nights Hycard Inc. from Jan 1-3 and 3 nights Jan 4-7 like as if I had checked in and checked out and five points for each. How odd as a system! Oh, and it took awhile but they were credited before the end of the year.
