Getting through to US Airways

I've been trying to get through to US Airways for days to book a JAL flight with miles. Each time I get the recording that their lines are too busy and then they hang up. I've tried 800 622-1015 and 800-428-4322 with no luck.

Any advice?

With the weather delays in the US, you might want to try one of the US AIR international reservations lines - if you can catch them in the right time zones - also Google Voice or Skype will help defray international calling rates.

You'll need to dial 011+country code+the number below, from the US.

Here are a couple (there are more) - these should have English speaking ops.
