Had this offer on two of my Amex cards this morning. My thought: use the option to pay w/ 2 cards at checkout for $100 off $1198. Could be even better options via purchases that generate a Dell e-promo gift cert.
Get a one-time $50 statement credit by using your enrolled Card to spend a total of $599 or more on qualifying purchases online at Dell.com by 9/15/2014.

Canada and other international versions of the Dell website are excluded. If you order an item during the offer period but it is not sent to you until after 9/15/14 it may not count towards determining whether your purchase qualifies for the offer. Enroll ltd. Statement credit will appear on your billing statement within 90 days after 9/15/14, provided that American Express receives information from the merchant about your qualifying purchase.
