I picked up the AA Plat in December and completed min spend early January. After I get the AA bonus, I'd like to PC to Dividend while that's still an option. In what time frame is this reasonable?

Not yet, I wouldn't think. Reports of a year have been making the rounds. Quite a few people have tried. You might read this thread for anecdotal evidence.

I really don't want to wait a year. This card could be gone any month, but I doubt it'll hang around for another full year.
