Chase Ink Plus 60k Annual Fee waived in branch

I've got a favor to ask of anyone who lives or travels close to a chase branch. Apparently there is an in branch offer of the 60k point offer with the annual fee waived. I signed up for the ink a few weeks ago, and I'm hoping to get Chase to match... Unfortunately I've been told this deal doesn't exist by the clueless CSR, so I need scanned proof. Would someone be so kind as to snap a photo of the offer or scan it?
