It looks like Amex added an offer code because the BUIU code was out on the web. Refer this.

According to the FlyerTalk thread here, http://www.flyertalk (dot) com/forum/american-express-membership-rewards/1705585-100k-usa-personal-platinum-offer-appears-public-21.html, the most recent approval was Sunday, so unfortunately it seems dead.
