So here are some portal deals which may interest you. These may be more beneficial for personal use than reselling, but there could be some opportunities there as well

Yes, you could use Kohls gift cards with the Kohls 6x portal bonus, but only $25 gift cards were available and Kohls limits you to 4 per order so not very scalable. Also with Kohls you often get the best sale prices if you have a Kohls credit card, which I don’t have that much interest in since the 10x Ultimate Rewards Kohls portal bonus went away

- Home Depot: 10x portal bonus through Delta SkyMiles. You can juice this up by getting Home Depot gift cards at an office supply store to get another 5x with your Chase Ink card, or by buying gift cards at a supermarket to get 2-5x depending on the card, plus fuel points. Keep in mind if you are buying appliances you may want to avoid gift cards if you want the extended warranty protection from your credit card.
Home Depot will only accept 10 per order- Sams Club: 10x portal bonus through Delta Skymiles. 10x at a warehouse chain is pretty darn good!
- Kohls: 6x through United Mileage plus shopping. Oh, and it’s Kohls cash earn time, $10 in Kohls cash for every $50 spent. Yes, you will earn and can redeem the Kohls cash on electronics.
Say did you know Kohls sells Netgear Nighthawks? $199 + a filler item should get you $40 back in Kohls cash, plus 6x United points, plus you could use a discount gift card. Buy discount gift cards at office supply stores or supermarkets as described for Home Depot above.
Be Warned: The NETGEAR COMPLIANCE TEAM is likely to send you a nastygram if you put any Netgear products for sale on Amazon. So maybe buy some HP products instead if you are trying to resell at Kohls.
