Yes, it’s exactly what it sounds like. Seems to work on just about anything, including gift cards.
Use code CTWENTY at checkout. Per the thread, max discount is $80 ($400 purchase). Pay with paypal. It says to use a credit card (which I did), says may work with debit. Not sure about paypal balance.
You can of course go through a portal first to get a little extra 1% or so, and buy gift cards from Paypal Digital Gifts and switch payment to your Chase Ink to get another 5x UR points.
