btw. it only works on Amazon shipped orders. Bought something from prime but it wasn't from Amazon. No credit.

Worked using my Citi AA Exec, but only on my second order and not the first for some unknown reason - both were Amazon shipped orders?
Made a good deal on the Fire TV - which is great, BTW.
