Update- in a seemingly unrelated incident, we no longer have access to credit cards affiliate links.
As you know, we at Saverocity love credit cards, and hope you do too. As a reminder, we offer a sophisticated array of cards through our link saverocity.com/creditcards which should appeal to the most discerning palate.
It came to our attention that some credit cards do offer commission to bloggers like us, and as such, we found ourselves in a conflict of interest. On the one hand, we wanted to give impartial advice about the best cards out there, while on the other, who doesn’t love being paid bundles of cash?
The only solution we could come up with was to donate all the cash we might have otherwise earned to charity. In 2015 we swapped charities each quarter, but in 2016 we are supporting just one charity. Put to public vote, Doctors without Borders was selected for 2016, and I preseeded the donation with $1000 (full disclosure…I needed to meet min spend on one of my Alaska Air cards) in January.
In 2015 we donated about $3000, I’m hoping for more in 2016, so use our links if you are feeling generous, and love credit cards as much as I do!

How wonderful is that? I don’t have an affiliate link for the new SPG deal (or any cc’s for that matter), so if I decide to promote it from my blog, I’ll certainly link to Saverocity’s link. Plus, I love saying Médecins Sans Frontières!

Cool thanks! We’ve been donating to charity for a while now, but I forget to remind people!

Wait, so if I write a credit card pump post but use these links, will I still feel filthy afterwards? What if I made it look like analysis of one card versus another, but I also threw in a 3rd option with affiliate links for all 3?
What if the post is framed as an interview with the credit card itself?
Matt says
You should feel on top of the world, looking down on creation.
