Inventory Lab Adds Ability for a Second Sub-Account

Inventory Lab

I hadn’t realized how wide-spread the use of Inventory Lab was among our readers until more than half of the folks at the latest ResellingDO seemed to be using it. I think this is great, because I find new features of Inventory Lab that save a lot of time.

Second Sub-account

I’ve mentioned Inventory Lab in the past, but haven’t yet gotten around to doing a true review. If you haven’t read it, Oren has a great review. You can manage a lot of your reselling business with Inventory Lab, and pull some necessary end of year accounting statements like your Profit / Loss sheet. You can also do shipments via Inventory Lab. Why does this all matter? Because, Inventory Lab has announced that they are adding the ability for a second Sub-Account!

This means you can create a sub-account for a prep/pack/ship company, you could create a sub-account for your accountant, or if you’re growing quickly, you could utilize the additional sub-account for an extra set of hands for sourcing.

You can get more info on how to set up your sub accounts via Inventory Lab’s User Guide, but its pretty simple – you add an account, then choose what tools you want to provide them access to.

Wrapping Up

It’s great that Inventory Lab, like other reseller tools like ASINSpector keep adding more features. That said, I tend to think what they have at present is still good enough to be using them on a daily or weekly basis. Being able to have another sub-account seems to me like a great move as more folks are finding that there is only so much time in the day.

Do you use Inventory Lab? If so, have you provided sub-accounts to others?
