I’ll be speaking at FTU Advanced in DC – will you be there?

Lobby2-642x360-Hyatt Crystal City

Great news! I’ll be presenting at the Frequent Traveler University’s Advanced session in DC, 21-23 August. The event will be held at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City, steps from Reagan National Airport (DCA), and a bunch of great restaurants.

All that said, I’m told there are just a few tickets left to the event, and lets be honest, it’ll be a fun time with great networking opportunities, and, a great bar (pictured above)! So, in the event you’re not flying to some far off place (because, hey, that’s the fun of thing, right?), feel free to register to attend.

The agenda has a little for everyone:

Topics will include the following general areas:

— Award Booking on American Airlines
— Award Booking on United Airlines
— Award Booking on Other Airlines (Delta, Alaska, Avios, etc.)
— Using KVS Tool & Expert Flyer to Search for Fares and Availability (fare construction)
— Maximize your spending (beyond Bluebird)
— Maximizing Hotel Loyalty Programs and Promotions
— Visas, OTAs, Car Rentals, ATMs, and More Tips for International Travel
— Advanced booking techniques for revenue tickets
— Reselling (NEW!)

As far as the speakers, here’s who you can expect to hear from:

– Julian Kheel (Devil’s Advocate)
– Matthew Klint (Live and Let’s Fly)
– Stefan Krasowski (Rapid Travel Chai)
– Tahsir Ahsan (Bengali Miles Guru)
– Scott Mackenzie (Travel Codex)
– Trevor Mountcastle (Tagging Miles)

Now, I don’t know about you, but I can’t wait to hear from the Devil’s Advocate! Everyone else on the list has had some meaningful experience in the field as well, except maybe, you know, the guy on the bottom of the list (hah!). Seriously, Tahsir knows Manufactured Spending better than most, Matt Klint has been to places I don’t know that I’d even try to go to, Stefan, well, he’s been to more countries than I think I’ll ever make it to, and he knows credit cards, and Scott, well, I think we should start calling him Dr. Scott. Of course there’s me, I’ll talk Reselling, so if you’ve wanted the opportunity to learn about reselling, and aren’t on the list for #ResellingDO, this is your next best chance.

So, yeah, if you’re not busy, please consider attending, there are just a few tickets left.
