I came across a really cool app recently called MileIQ. You set it up on your phone and it tracks your driving activity between business and personal trips. Once it is installed, it will create a list of drives, and you later swipe left for Personal and swipe right for Business.
The business miles are then added to a monthly report, which you can use for record keeping and reimbursements.

You get 40 drives for free each month, and after that, if you want to keep logging them you need to upgrade to the ‘Pro’ version. This costs $59.99 annually, but with each business mile being valued at 54 cents, having this app catch just one 10 mile drive a month that you miss pays for itself.
Here’s my link for you to try it out, you get 20% off the annual plan, and I get paid in real American money.
It’s a game changer for anyone with mixed use mileage/uses their own car for work. Remember that with an Accountable plan, you could reimburse this amount free of tax on a monthly basis.

Please accept my sincere thanks for taking the time to express yourself. My aversion to essay writing is exacerbated by the fact that I am not very gifted in this area of academic studies. My articles are usually created by a writing service which I use on a regular basis and which I suggest to my friends and acquaintances. Ultimately, it fulfills its goal.
