Hey Panic fans, in the unlikely event that you might actually call the Chase reconsideration line, as I had occasion to do a few times lately, you might listen closely to the on-hold music. Does it seem to be a muzak version of "Hope in a Hopeless World"?
(Not that Chase's song selection necessarily says anything about the state of this points hobby, but that's an interesting subplot.)
