So I currently have an 'I' award on United/Lufthansa that goes VLC>FRA>ORD>AUS. The ORD>AUS flight changed to two hours later, an early flight also changed to an hour later (this earlier flight only has standard awards available). Before I sit on hold for an hour and HUCA a couple of times, does anyone know:
That since there was a schedule change, if I can move from the later ORD>AUS to the earlier one, even if only a standard award is available, without incurring any additional miles cost?
