FYI - when withdrawing the funds paid (if it's helpful to know, I withdraw to Paypal), there is an option to leave a tip for the people who work @ TopCashback. I always leave a tip, even if it's only 10% or 15%. I feel their service is pretty good, and it's worth it to me...
