Suggestion needed for Kona Experts

Wife and I have been in Kona the past few days. We check out of our hotel today, and have a flight back to Kauai at 730pm. We didn't really think it through, as we are doing an excursion until 3pm (Captain Zodiac) and we want to shower and clean up after but we can only get late check out until 2.

Anyone have any ideas, I guess worst case, we fly back as is. Unfortunately, it's two flights, as we have to go through Oahu.

Figured it out. We are staying at Marriott in Kauai and they will let us use hospitality room here in Kona.
