So if you fly United using Singapore miles and the domestic stopover is over 4 hours, you will be charged $100 per ticket. Just to keep in mind if you ever come up with this situation. I changed it to a different route though it ended up adding an extra stop. I am all ok for saving $400 dollars for our family of 4.
