Not sure where to post this so thought I'd post here as I didn't find it in a search.
Today I tried to load Serve at FD with a OVC at $500 as usual. Received error message that said "Invalid merchant". We tried again with the same error. Same problem at another FD down the road.
Tried again at $200 and it went through successfully. Checked online and realized my math was off and I was within a few hundred $ short of the cutoff mark for the month.
Odd message which gave no clue as to the real problem. Just thought I'd share
