I was just informed that a tenant on one of my rentals is moving out. I am contemplating selling the SFH and reinvesting the funds into something other than another property to receive a monthly income. I am thinking of the following:
1. Lending club
2. Start flipping properties (not too passive)
3. MLP or REITS
4. Dividend fund.
My questions are:
1. Would you keep the SFH?
2. If not, where would invest to make up for the income?
