Has anyone else noticed that AA's ticketing has gotten quicker lately? My last two partner award redemptions were ticketed within 3 hours. Both of these were for a trip that I am taking this coming October, so it's not like my flights were right around the corner. My sample size is small, so maybe I've just gotten lucky...

took about a day to ticket a recent partner award for me. involved 4 different airlines though.

Mine ticketed in two hours. Although, ours was a flight change from BA to AA.
The CSR had to redeposit the miles and then reissue the tickets. BUT! Hubs and I each got back 10k miles on tickets we had already gotten 10k miles back on when originally booked last October. Felt kinda nice getting $564 in taxes and 20k miles back! Of course my boiler decided to be a nudge and cost us $1100 this morning.

in the last month i've booked 7 trips and ticketing was within 2 hours except for 1 with a gc error on my part

Just booked an elusive CX F award. 3+ hours so far and still "on request." Will refresh periodically and update with how long it took to get ticketed.
