Premier Rewards Gold Card Offer

I am seeking advice whether to jump on a mailing offer for the Premier Rewards Gold Card, 25k for 1k spend. I know that there are better offers out there, but I have had the card before, and this offer does not come with the 'once per lifetime' language. In other people's experience, do better offers get mailed out if you don't jump on the first one? Or is it better to just take advantage of it while I can?

I assume you've had the product before? I've been mailed bland 40k Platinum offers and not seen better offers over time after not accepting.
