Pick seats on Avios award for Aer Lingus?

I just booked a flight on Aer Lingus using my BA Avios for next summer. I have the booking reference number and can see the flight on Aer Lingus website, but I don't see how to pick my seat. Any thoughts?

You will have to call them. It's commonplace when booking seats on a partner airline that you cannot directly select seats. Give them your Avios confirmation number, and they can find, and give you you Are Lingus confirmation number, and assign you a seat.
