NYC - GDL: July 2015

Wife and I need to get to GDL for a wedding on July 25th. Prefer to fly out of EWR but any of the three airports can work, and can fly in up to two days prior if needed. Return should be 7/31 +/- a day. Will be flying with my wife and 1 year old son; business or coach is fine. I have points with all of the major programs: Amex, UR or Starwood.

I know Korean does 25k on Delta, but I can't seem to find the availability. Any other ideas?

I just did a quick search on united.com and there is business class availability on the dates you specify. I looked at july24 through july 30th but other days were also available. The flights weren't that great some had two connections.
