After flying 1,000,000 flight miles, what do you get...

Lifetime flight miles -Status award
One million - Premier Gold
Two million - Premier Platinum
Three million - Premier 1K
Four million - Global Services
  • United and Copa accrue toward Million Miler status
  • You may invite your spouse or significant other to share your current Premier status
    • Make sure you have the same mailing address before processing the invite.
  • Lifetime Premier status to all qualifying members, even if they fly less in the future
    • Every year I await the disappearance of the word "lifetime."
Has anyone unlocked any hidden benefits/perks beyond those listed above?

Wish I knew, I've only ever had United silver and that was due to being Marriott platinum last year. I've earned and burned close to 600,000 UA miles over the last two years, but have lifetime flight miles of around 30,000. Why pay for status when I get all the perks flying premium classes for free??;)

As for any hidden perks, there are none for the 1 million mile club.

You don't have to wait for the removal of the word lifetime, it's already happened. They used to give lifetime 1K for million milers, but now they are Premier Gold. In fact there was a law suit over it. UA won the suit, because they reserved the right to change their T&Cs at any time. While legally they may be in the right, it's ridiculously slimy to lie to your best customers. Really, how many people are actually affected? Probably a couple hundred.
