Miele vacuum, cat and dog

I'm looking for a Miele cat and dog canister vacuum : ( http://www.amazon.com/Miele-S8380-Cat-Canister-Vacuum/dp/B00BDAOTFI) . So far, the best price I can find is buying from Amazon utilizing Amazon giftcards purchased from stores where I can get 5% cashback or 5x points.

Anyone have any great ideas?

Thanks,
Mike
I looked at the vendor list and one that popped up was Ace Hardware.. however:

1. If Ace does stock Miele it doesn't mean it will stock the S8380
2. Even if it does, that doesn't mean that your shop will as they often operate as independent stores, though perhaps they could order it.

Saw GCs 15% off for that store.

If AMZN charges you sales tax see if ordering through Newegg is cheaper:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&DEPA=0&Order=BESTMATCH&Description=miele+cat+and+dog+s8380&N=-1&isNodeId=1

Newegg offers a portal bonus, not much, but better than nothing

Williams Sonoma also sells it and there are portal bonuses for them too. However, trying to search for it is a PITA on the aggregator sites

http://www.williams-sonoma.com/products/miele-cat-dog-canister-vacuum/?pkey=e|miele+cat+and+dog+s8380|3|best|0|1|24||2&cm_src=PRODUCTSEARCH||NoFacet-_-NoFacet-_-NoMerchRules

http://www.cashbackholic.com/compare.php?s=williams-sonoma.com&button=Search

If I recall correctly, Williams Sonoma allows a double dip, but it still doesn't compare to the 5% back you would get from AMZN

First thoughts when reading this thread:

1. Vacuum with dog and cat pictures on it.
2. Vacuum for vacuuming your dog and cats directly. (Where do I signup for this BTW?)
3. Vacuum in the shape of a dog or cat???

I guess I really should have my coffee first before heading to Saverocity.

This is a roundabout way: seek out promotions that sell GameStop GC's at 15-20% off. Buy Amazon GC's with GameStop GC's.

If you're considering Newegg as @Chasing The Points mentioned and you have Amex cards, there's still a $25 off of $200 Amex sync deal valid until 2/28/15 (#AmexNewegg--I'm unsure if it's still available for new signups). If it's still available or if you have 4 cards registered, buy $200 x 4 Newegg gift cards, saving $100, and pay the rest with a card/or portal getting the best CB/points rate with Newegg.

I like this, let's build off of the AMEX Sync some more - like they say on the finance sites, past performance is no guarantee of future performance. If any of the offers come back up, we can look at ABT Electronics:

http://www.abt.com/product/68160/Miele-S8380CD.html

http://www.fatwallet.com/forums/hot-deals/1407338/

And they're found on a portal:

The vacuum cleaner seems difficult to find, and maybe a mom and pop shop might be able to help you. Let's use this as an example:

Pocono's Sew & Vac

http://www.poconosewandvac.com/newinner.cfm?siteid=50&itemcategory=44031&priorId=0

They also sell Miele. The mom and pop joints have a couple of things that need to be fulfilled to make it a fantastic deal: They can special order it, they need to be a partner for AMEX Small Business Saturday, and if you can wait, get 30+ AMEX cards and get yourself a free Miele vacuum cleaner.
