MB Platinum Delivery Issues

I was approved for a Amex MB Platinum card (with that 75000 points bonus offer) on June 15th. I have yet to receive my card. Anyone have a similar issue? What, if anything, were you able to get as compensation from Amex for it?

Just as an update - I was able to receive a $100 credit.

9000 MR after several calls. Applied 6/21. Today I am told there were "issues" with UPS shipment and a replacement has been issued to be delivered by FedEx on Monday.
