Leveraging CX Silver -- anything worthwhile?

Through my work (financial institution) I can get free CX Silver.

I can then use that to status challenge to UA Premier Silver. (And if I meet the spend/fly requirements, keep that status for a while. And presumably also challenge to AA Gold.)

I fly UA occasionally, so free same-day Economy+ is moderately worthwhile.

Are there any other programs out there that could provide worthwhile benefits, based on CX Silver?
