LAX-SYD-SIN-LAX business award tickets for 4?

i'm looking for LAX-SYD-SIN-ICN-LAX for four people on any class of travel (premium class when available). travel dates are between march 9 to 29, 2017. i have miles in aa/ultimate rewards/membership rewards so i'm flexible with airlines.

i was thinking the following:

LAX-SYD: united or aa 40k miles per person in economy.
SYD-SIN: singapore air 55k miles per person in business.
SIN-ICN-LAX: korean air 75k miles per person in business. can ICN be a free stopover?

but not sure if i can minimise points for this itinerary? my preference is to take advantage of a free stopover with either singapore air or korean air. any suggestions on how i can minimise points for this flight? thanks!

UA charges only 40k for TG F SYD-BKK-SIN, and you can use the TG F Spa at BKK.

Probably won't find 4 spaces but some can enjoy.

Yes to ICN stopover on Korean. Being a government airline, they go out of their way to encourage tourism.

Also makes finding award space easier since you can adjust stopover to get availability.
