Incognito offers have offer codes that can be shared?

I was on the phone with AMEX fishing for a 100k biz plat offer. She couldn't do that, but said to check the website. I did and a 75k MR/10K offer for the BGR appeared. I told her I saw 75k/5k in hopes of having her extend that, when she told me to click on the 'Offer Terms' and read her the offer code on the Offer (about 1/4 of the way down the text).

This made me wonder whether folks that can get better incognito/VPN offers to appear would be able to share the offer code? Anyone know?

If anyone is able to get either of the above offers to appear and are willing to share an offer code, let me know. Can compensate in some way if it works.

Not sure about this exactly, but this may be of interest to you - I had a 100k/10k spend Biz Plat mailer for an old business of mine. I sold the biz two years ago, and now do freelance consulting. I was able to change the business name on the application to my current consulting biz name, no problem.
