Wanted to start a thread checking for others experiences with the newly 'revised' Hyatt BRG. Any luck still having diamond line agents still match/beat prices over the phone? Have had good prior success with Hyatt since they will review and beat the best rate withing 5-10 minutes versus the 24 hour online wait. This was a prime was to use suite upgrades as well (in a separate call, of course...), which ensured not getting the two twin room under the elevator shaft.
