Hawaii/Alaska regional data point subforum (and/or an international/online-only subforum)

It looks like the regional forum doesn't have a subforum for Hawaii or Alaska. My suggestion would be either to add it to the west coast subforum or create an additional one. I think there may be some general interest in having an international/online-only section as well - so maybe Hawaii/Alaska could be part of that subforum.

Start it out in west coast and if we get traction I'll spin it off into subforums.
