I have 320,000 etihad miles, 35 k MR points and 80 K TYP. I and my wife would like two business class tickets from WAS/NY to Bom in first week of Jan 2018 and come back in 2nd week in Feb 2018 from DEL.What are my options. Travelling in Etihad does not seem likely. What about partner airlines? Any help will be appreciated.

Maybe possible on American using the Etihad miles. TPG wrote a post about redeeming Etihad miles on partner airlines:
Short of that, if you transferred the TYP and the MR to Singapore, you'd have the 98,000 for one one-way biz ticket and 17,000 toward the next, so you'd need another 81,000.

Actually, if you transfer the TYP and MR to Singapore, then you'd also be able to use those points for *A redemptions e.g. the nonstop on AI from DEL. I've never done this but it's reportedly possible by calling Singapore. And you'd still need another 45k points to cover two biz tix @ 80k/pax, but at least it's something.
