Intermittent fasting combined with a balanced diet has really helped me. I also focus on staying active daily, even if it’s just a quick walk.

Focusing on portion control and eating more whole foods - lots of veggies, lean proteins, and whole grains. Regular exercise is key too, I try to mix cardio with strength training. Staying consistent has been the hardest part, but it’s so important. I buy Wegovy online to help with appetite control, and it’s made a big difference in staying on track.
